• Project Import – Import of machinery at 5% duty is allowed for setting-up a new Industrial Unit or for Substantial Expansion of minimum 25% in installed capacity Under Project Import Regulation subject to issuance of Essentiality Certificate by The Administrative Ministry for units larger than SSI units.
